These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, events, courses, retreats, digital products, and offerings provided by Inner Source Limited (“Inner Source”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking, purchasing, or attending any Inner Source experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Who We Are

Inner Source Limited is a wellbeing company offering mindfulnessbased, reflective, creative, and ritualinformed experiences for women. Our work is nontherapeutic, consentled, and designed to support calm, connection, and personal insight.

2. Eligibility

Inner Source experiences are open to women aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of Our Services (Important Disclaimer)

Inner Source experiences are not therapy, not counselling, and not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

  • We are not medically trained.

  • We are not therapists, clinicians, or healthcare professionals.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or manage any physical or mental health condition.

Our offerings include mindfulness, reflective practices, creative expression, and gentle ritualinformed elements. These may evoke emotions or introspection. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing at all times.

If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, you must seek advice from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional before participating.

4. Your Responsibility for Your Wellbeing

By attending any Inner Source experience, you agree that:

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • You are responsible for monitoring your own physical and emotional wellbeing.

  • You may opt out of any activity at any time.

  • You will disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation.

  • You will seek medical advice if you have complex medical conditions, mental health concerns, or anything that may impact safe participation.

  • You will adapt or decline any practice that does not feel suitable for you.

Inner Source is not liable for any injury, emotional distress, or health impact arising from your participation.

5. Health Disclosure

To ensure your safety and comfort, you agree to:

  • Inform us of any physical, emotional, or mental health conditions that may affect your participation.

  • Inform us of any accessibility needs or mobility considerations.

  • Follow any safety guidance provided during sessions.

All information shared is treated confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

6. Payments

Monthly Circle

Payment may be made:

  • On the website

  • In cash

  • By direct PayPal transfer

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Courses

Payment may be made:

  • On the website

  • In cash

  • By direct PayPal transfer

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Sacred Hens

Payment terms (including deposits, instalments, and due dates) are agreed individually in writing based on group size, timing, and location.

Digital Products

Digital products must be paid for in full at checkout.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly Circle

  • Refunds are available only if cancelled at least 1 month in advance.

  • Transfers to another date are allowed at no additional cost.

  • No refunds for late cancellations or noshows.

Courses

  • Refunds are available only if cancelled 8 weeks before the start date.

  • Transfers to a later cohort are allowed if space permits.

  • No refunds for late cancellations or noshows.

Sacred Hens

  • Refunds are available only if cancelled 6 months in advance.

  • Transfers are allowed at no additional cost.

  • Deposit and payment terms will be confirmed in writing for each booking.

Digital Products

  • No refunds are offered once any part of the material has been accessed, downloaded, or opened.

  • This is in line with UK consumer law for digital content.

8. Transfers

Transfers are permitted for inperson events only (Monthly Circle, Courses, Sacred Hens). Transfers are not available for digital products.

9. Changes to Events

Inner Source reserves the right to:

  • Change event dates or times

  • Change venues

  • Substitute facilitators

  • Make reasonable adjustments to content

If we must cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

10. Venue & Personal Property

For inperson events:

  • You are responsible for your own personal belongings.

  • Inner Source is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

  • You must behave safely and respectfully within the venue.

  • You must follow any health and safety instructions provided.

11. Photography & Recording

  • Inner Source does not take photographs or recordings during events without explicit consent.

  • If photography is ever used, you will be informed in advance and may opt out at any time.

  • Participants may not record sessions without written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Inner Source Limited—including audio recordings, PDFs, written materials, practices, exercises, rituals, and course content—is the intellectual property of Inner Source Limited.

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Publish

  • Sell

  • Upload

  • Teach or adapt

any Inner Source materials without written permission.

13. Digital Products

By purchasing this digital product, you agree that:

  • Access is for your personal use only.

  • You will not share, copy, distribute, or upload any part of the content.

  • Inner Source Limited retains all intellectual property rights.

  • No refunds are available once any part of the material has been accessed or downloaded.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your device can open the files.

  • This product is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing and that of you baby and must seek medical advice if you have any health or mental health concerns.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Inner Source Limited is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

  • We are not responsible for emotional distress, triggers, or discomfort arising from reflective or mindfulness practices.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available on our website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or attending any Inner Source offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Sacred Hens – Contract Terms

By booking a Sacred Hens retreat with Inner Source Limited, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Experience Sacred Hens is a nontherapeutic, wellbeingfocused celebratory retreat. It does not involve therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. Inner Source is not medically trained and does not offer clinical advice.

2. Responsibility for Wellbeing All participants attend voluntarily and are responsible for their own physical and emotional wellbeing. Activities are invitational, and participants may opt out at any time.

3. Health Disclosure You agree to disclose any relevant physical, emotional, or mental health conditions that may affect safe participation. You agree to seek medical advice from your GP if you have any complex medical or mental health concerns.

4. Payment Terms Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, will be confirmed in writing based on group size, timing, and location. All payments must be made by the agreed dates.

5. Cancellation Policy Refunds are available only if cancelled 6 months in advance. Transfers to another date are permitted at no additional cost. No refunds are available for late cancellations or noshows.

6. Venue & Safety Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Inner Source is not liable for loss, theft, or damage. All participants must behave safely and respectfully within the venue.

7. Intellectual Property All materials used during the retreat remain the property of Inner Source Limited and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Mindful Mummies – Contract Terms

Booking Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

  • You are a woman aged 18 or over.

  • You understand that Inner Source experiences are nontherapeutic and not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

  • You acknowledge that Inner Source Limited is not medically trained and does not offer therapy, diagnosis, or clinical advice.

  • You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing and that of you baby throughout the sessions.

  • You will disclose any relevant health conditions and seek medical advice from your GP if you have any complex medical or mental health concerns before partaking.

  • You participate voluntarily and may opt out of any activity at any time.

  • You agree to the cancellation and refund policy for this programme.

  • You agree not to record, copy, or share any Inner Source materials.

  • You have read and agree to the full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice.
