The 3 Pillars of Inner Source:
At the heart of Inner Source are three interconnected pillars — Rooted Calmness, Embodied Wisdom, and Inherent Strength. They represent core feminine capacities that women carry within but which are often quieted by conditioning, modern life, responsibility, and constant doing.
These pillars are not roles to perform or identities to adopt; they are inner qualities that can be gently reawakened.
Different offerings (circles, courses, hen retreats), emphasize different pillars, yet all Inner Source experiences are shaped with these foundations in mind.
Inner Source brings together mindfulness, reflective practice, creative expression, and carefully held ritual‑informed elements inspired by ancient traditions. Everything is offered gently, respectfully and with clear boundaries. Participation is always optional. You remain in choice at all times.
The Whole Woman
Modern life often rewards women for staying capable, caring, and outwardly functional — while other vital qualities are set aside.
Inner Source makes room for the whole woman, including:
Inner Calm — grounded steadiness and nourishment;
Wisdom — perspective, insight, and discernment;
Strength — boundaries, voice, and inner authority.
These qualities are not fixed states.
They are capacities that ebb and flow, and which can be supported through thoughtful, well-held experiences.
Archetypal Inspiration - Modern Expression
The three pillars of Inner Source echo ancient archetypal patterns that appear across many cultures and traditions.
In earth-based spirituality, similar qualities are often personified as different expressions of feminine wisdom and power — the steady knowing of the wise Crone, the clear agency of the fearless warrior, and the grounded, life-affirming presence of the nurturing, grounded pagan witch.
Libby’s own engagement with these traditions, has inspired her to offer a powerful way to experience these qualities not as ideas, but as felt inner resources. Inner Source honours these archetypes, while intentionally translating them into a contemporary, non-religious practice.
Rather than working with spiritual belief systems or deity frameworks, these archetypal qualities are explored and connected with, through mindfulness, creative reflection, symbolic ritual and modern wellbeing practices.
In this way, ancient inspiration becomes a quiet backdrop — informing the structure and tone of the work, without requiring belief, initiation or spiritual language from participants.
