Each gathering is completely personalised and may include sound-baths and relaxation, candles and intention‑setting, gentle grounding practices, creative making and time to laugh and connect.

The Invitation: Let’s be honest: the era of plastic tiaras and neon sashes is over. Your wedding is one of life’s most profound transitions—the celebration leading up to it should be just as meaningful.

Sacred Hens is a premium half-day retreat located in the tranquil countryside just outside of Bath. We’ve replaced the noise and the "tacky" with stillness and intention. Our mission is to cleanse lingering negative energy and create a space where you and your closest circle can truly bond, ensuring your wedding journey unfolds in the most blissful, harmonious way.

The Half-Day Journey (4 Hours):

  • Cleansing the Threshold: Leave the outside world behind with traditional smudging and an energetic reset.

  • The Heart-Centred Circle: Guided breathwork and "Loving-Kindness" meditation to unify the group’s vibration.

  • Apothecary Magic: A hands-on workshop crafting a bespoke "Bride’s Potion"—a grounding salt blend to carry into your marriage.

  • The Sound Odyssey: A deep, 30-minute Crystal Singing Bowl bath to harmonize your nervous systems.

  • Release & Bloom: A powerful fire ritual to release what no longer serves you, followed by planting a living "Seed of Intention." for the marriage and for each participant.

 

Bespoke Magic (Add-Ons): Expand your retreat to include:

  • Movement: 60 minutes of Yoga or Tai Chi.

  • Primal Sound: Incorporate Gongs or a Shamanic Drummer.

  • Bards & Storytellers: Singing and drumming rituals around the fire.

 Investment & Location

The Investment Bespoke half-day retreats start at £1,000. This covers our curated space, the expert facilitator and all premium materials (journals, botanicals, and take-home seeds).

The Location

  • The Bath Countryside: Retreat to our preferred sanctuary in the rolling hills just outside the city.

  • Mobile Retreats: We travel to your hotel, rented premises, or home for a bespoke setup fee.

Sacred Hens Bookings

How far in advance should I book a Sacred Hens retreat? To ensure availability at our preferred countryside sanctuary and to coordinate our expert facilitators, we recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance. The earlier the better.

Can you come to us? Yes. While we have a preferred retreat space outside of Bath, we offer Mobile Retreats. We can travel to your hotel, rental property, or home for an additional bespoke setup fee.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size? Our retreats are designed for connection and intimacy. While we generally cater to groups of 6–12, we can discuss bespoke arrangements for smaller or larger "tribes" upon request.

Practical Details

Where are the in-person sessions held? Our weekly courses and monthly circles are held in a private home in Bath (BA1). Sacred Hens retreats are held at a sanctuary in the Bath Countryside. Full details are provided upon booking.

Who is Inner Source for? Inner Source provides a dedicated space for biological women to explore feminine archetypes and shared lived experiences. All participants must be 18 or over.
