£250.00

The Path to Joy is a five‑week course for women who want to feel more present and engaged in their everyday lives and experience higher levels of happiness and general wellbeing.

Women who sense there is more available to them, more to life — more enjoyment, more connection, more meaning to be had. Women who want to experience more joy on a daily basis.

Each session includes:
• A  different full mindfulness practice  (so a full 5 week course in mindfulness is included);
• Exploration of different practical wellbeing themes based on positive psychology, (e.g. gratitude, self‑compassion, the practice of kindness, and the art of catching and reframing negative thoughts);
• Creative expression through journaling or crafting, with all craft and art materials included.

Practical details:
• Five weeks
• Sundays 2–5pm or Fridays 6–9pm
• Investment: £250
