What These Sessions Can Look Like
Every session is tailored in conversation with you. Depending on what you need on the day, your session may focus on one or more of the following:
Mindfulness & Rest
For women who want to slow down, settle the nervous system, and feel held.
Guided mindfulness or meditation;
Gentle grounding and breath-based practices;
Deep rest and embodied presence;
A calm, spa-like quality of care and attention.
Reflective Wellbeing Coaching
For women who want clarity, perspective, and support in navigating life more consciously.
Gentle coaching conversation;
Positive psychology-informed practices;
Values exploration and reflective inquiry;
Support with boundaries, self-compassion, and inner authority.
Ritual-Informed Rebalancing
For women drawn to symbolic or spiritual elements.
Simple, consent-led ritual inspired by seasonal or symbolic traditions;
Creative reflection or intention-setting;
Practices that support meaning, transition, and reconnection.
These elements are always offered lightly and without religious framework or belief requirements.
All sessions include grounding and relaxation, and are shaped with care to meet you where you are.
The Inner Source Approach
One-to-one work draws on all three pillars of Inner Source:
Inner Calm — settling, safety, and nervous-system nourishment;
Embodied Wisdom — reflection, insight, and inner knowing;
Inner Strength — clarity, boundaries, and empowered choice.
Which pillar is emphasised will depend entirely on what feels most supportive for you.
This work is non-therapeutic, consent-led, and non-directive. I do not position myself as a healer, therapist, or spiritual authority. My role is to listen, respond, and hold a clear, supportive space in which you can reconnect with your own inner resources.
